“Certain guardians have lost power over their children, as they are more exposed to all risks and begging on the street and, as a result, learn to commit crimes,” he lamented.

The National Police presented, on Friday, 11 adult citizens, presumably involved in crimes of theft from homes and consumption of narcotics, in the urbanization of Sequele.
